Mention Operators
You can now mention operators in ticket messages and notes, mentioned operators receive an email/display notification about the message. -
Emoji Auto Complete Support
Type a colon followed by a keyword, e.g.:smile
, then press Enter or Return to add the highlighted emoji, or click the desired emoji from those displayed.
