Internal Messages
Internal messages is a private messaging system enabling operators to communicate with one another within the help desk.
Personal Settings
Settings for the authenticated operator only. Access by hovering over the user icon in the top right of the screen and clicking Personal Settings in the dropdown that appears.
Security Settings
Update your security settings, such as enabling two-factor-authentication. Access by hovering over the user icon in the top right of the screen and clicking Security Settings in the dropdown that appears.
Signatures
Signatures let you create different context-specific ticket signatures dependent on a ticket's department and brand.
