API Channel
The API channel is used for tickets and ticket messages that are created using API commands.

| Check Spam Rules | Block messages which match spam rules. |
| Enable Rate Limiting | Limit the number of tickets and messages users can post within a timeframe, after which they will be throttled. Limits can be adjusted under the Web channel settings. |
