What's New?

The 2.5 series brings several improvements:

  • PHP 7.3 support (with use of ionCube loaders 10.3 and greater).
  • Embeddable help widget that can be placed on your website to allow customers to search your knowledgebase or contact you more easily.
  • Ticket trash can where deleted tickets are held for 30 days before being cleaned up and can be restored.
  • Organisation email domain automatic detection for new users.
  • Install and upgrade CLI commands.
  • Improved handling of when a user and operator updates their email address.
