Important Notes

  • Storage folders move - As part of a change in the system code to allow the use of Amazon S3 and Rackspace for storage, some folders have been moved from /storage to /storage/app. The upgrade script will attempt to handle this automatically, however should it fail it will warn that the folders need to be manually moved. The change will also allow the storage path to be modified.
  • View raw emails - We've added the option to view the raw email that was imported and handled as a new ticket or ticket reply. It can be viewed from the email log or in the ticket view for email replies.
