There are a number of keyboard shortcuts available when using the operator panel and managing tickets to help with your workflow.
Keyboard Shortcuts Dialog
All shortcuts available as well as the option to enable or disable shortcuts can be found in the keyboard shortcuts dialog. Access the dialog by hovering over the user icon in the top right of the screen and clicking Keyboard Shortcuts in the dropdown that appears.
Toggling Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts are disabled by default and must be enabled to be used. Toggle the option at the bottom of the dialog to enable or disable the keyboard shortcuts.
The dialog will show a full list of keyboard shortcuts available. The keyboard shortcuts must be enabled to see this list.
