A fresh installation of SupportPal includes a number of strings in English, such as status names and email templates. This default data can be translated by seeding in to the database.
Language packs can be updated over time with new static and dynamic translations. The latter can be done by making use of the simple upgrade system to run targeted code when the currently installed version is below the new language pack version.
There are a number of community-provided language packs that may be installed via our marketplace.
