General settings related to users and operators.
SupportPal currently supports ldap v2 a.k.a "simple bind" as an additional method of authentication for operators.
Operator groups are used to group related operators together and provide them with a set of permissions (from roles). An operator can belong to multiple groups.
Operator roles let you create different permission groups for your operators. Each role can be assigned to multiple operator groups and apply to all operators under those groups.
Reply templates let you define templates that populate the editor as you go to respond to a ticket. Reply templates can make use of merge fields to create customised greetings, signatures and can be configured per brand/department.
Organisation custom fields let you create your own fields for collecting and storing useful data about your organisations. Various types of fields are available, and can be required to be filled in or hidden to the user on the organisation profile page.
Social login allows your users to sign up and log in with their favourite social media services, so they have one less login to remember.
User custom fields let you create your own fields for collecting and storing useful data about your users. Various types of fields are available, and can be required to be filled in or hidden to the user.
User groups are a way of grouping together related or similar users. The user groups can then be used in filtering, or in macros and SLA plans.
