Third-Party Integrations

An area to configure connection (API or app) details for third-party providers that are utilised in various places in the system. Available providers include Google and Microsoft, and use cases include SMTP and IMAP through OAuth and social login.

Searching for Third-Party Integrations

Table sorting

By default the table is sorted alphabetically by the integration name. Once the table has loaded you're able to change the sort column by clicking the up/down arrows:

This action is only temporary and will disappear once the page has been reloaded.

Filtering the table

It's possible to filter integrations based on their containing text and type:

  1. Visit Settings -> General -> Third-Party Integrations and click "Filter Results".
  2. Search terms:
    1. Name - Partial search for the integration name, for example "goo" would find "Google".
    2. Status - Whether the integration is active, inactive or has an upgrade pending.
    3. Description - Partial search for the integration description.
  3. The table will be filtered automatically as you enter search terms.

Activating and Configuring Third-Party Integrations

To activate an integration, please follow the following steps.

  1. Visit Settings -> General -> Third-Party Integration.
  2. Search for the integration you wish to activate (see Searching for Third-Party Integrations).
  3. Click the 'Activate' link located on the left of the table.
  4. The page will reload confirming the integration has been activated.

Deactivating Third-Party Integrations

To deactivate an integration, follow the below steps:

  1. Visit Settings -> General -> Third-Party Integration.
  2. Search for the integration you wish to deactivate (see Searching for Third-Party Integrations).
  3. Click the 'Deactivate' link located on the left of the table.
  4. The page will reload confirming the integration has been deactivated.

Uninstalling Third-Party Integrations

To uninstall an integration, follow the below steps:

  1. Visit Settings -> General -> Third-Party Integration.
  2. Search for the integration you wish to uninstall (see Searching for Third-Party Integrations).
  3. Click the 'Uninstall' link located on the left of the table.
  4. Tick the options and click on the button, "Yes, Delete Third-Party Integration", that pops up confirming you would like to delete this integration and it will now be uninstalled from the system.
