System settings are configured via the core module. The settings can be accessed by going via the Settings link.

SupportPal has complete multi-language support, allowing you to translate everything that you would need to run your help desk in more than one language flawlessly.
Settings for the authenticated user only. Access by hovering over the user icon in the top right of the screen and clicking Personal Settings in the dropdown that appears.
Settings related to the self-service section. Access by going to Settings, opening the Self-Service box in the sidebar and clicking General Settings.
Settings related to tickets. Access by going to Settings and opening the Ticket box in the sidebar.
Settings related to the user (and operator) section. Access by going to Settings and opening the User box in the sidebar.
