- Global SMTP (Settings → Email (tab)) uses PHP mail().
Workaround: move SMTP connection details to the Settings -> Brands -> <your brand> -> Email (tab)
- Operators assigned to departments via groups do not receive ticket email notifications.
Workaround: assign operators to departments individually.
