2.5 Release Notes
Version 2.5.0 introduces the help widget channel and ticket trash.

The 2.5 series brings several improvements:
- PHP 7.3 support (with use of ionCube loaders 10.3 and greater).
- Embeddable help widget that can be placed on your website to allow customers to search your knowledgebase or contact you more easily.
- Ticket trash can where deleted tickets are held for 30 days before being cleaned up and can be restored.
- Organisation email domain automatic detection for new users.
- Install and upgrade CLI commands.
- Improved handling of when a user and operator updates their email address.
