The upgrade script will attempt to handle this automatically, however should it fail it will warn that the folders need to be manually moved. The change will also allow the [storage path to be modified](/4.2/Changing+File+Storage+Path). - **View raw emails** - We've added the option to view the raw email that was imported and handled as a new ticket or ticket reply.
