# Configuration

#### [Core Settings](Core+Settings)

System settings are configured via the core module. The settings can be accessed by going via the *Settings* link.

#### [Multilingual Content](Multilingual+Content)

With the continued growth and development of the internet around the world, customer bases are becoming more international and the need to provide support in multiple languages grows. SupportPal has complete multi-language support, allowing you to translate everything that you would need to run your help desk in more than one language flawlessly.

#### [Personal Settings](Personal+Settings)

Settings for the authenticated user only. Access by hovering over the user icon in the top right of the screen and clicking *Personal Settings* in the dropdown that appears.

#### [Self-Service Settings](Self+Service+Settings)

Settings related to the self-service section. Access by going to *Settings*, opening the Self-Service box in the sidebar and clicking *General Settings*.

#### [Ticket Settings](Ticket+Settings)

Settings related to tickets. Access by going to *Settings* and opening the *Ticket* box in the sidebar.

#### [User Settings](User+Settings)

Settings related to the user (and operator) section. Access by going to *Settings* and opening the *User* box in the sidebar.
